Single-screw Extruder

The single screw extruder adopts the design-optimized barrier screw and its matched slotting barrel, as well as the spiral groove feeding section with temperature control system, which ensures the highly efficient and stable extrusion of multiple polyolefin raw materials. The extrusion linearity is excellent, and the output fluctuation is small.

FLSP single screw extruder introduces the latest German technology, with the whole series configured with the GRAEWE.FANGLI brand, which is a single screw extruder with high output applied to HDPE (1000–2500 mm) pipe and is ideal equipment for extruding HDPE pipes.

The Features:

The screw is treated by nitriding, and the superlong diameter ratio structure ensures superplasticizing ability.
